This month’s release brings improvements to project organization, drawings, work item workflows, and cost management. We’ve also made several mobile and usability improvements, along with new Matidor 101 videos to help you get more from Matidor.
🚀 Website Improvements and Bug Fixes
Projects
Filter parent projects and subprojects
Use the new display filters to choose whether to show Parent projects and Subprojects, Parent projects only, or Subprojects only.Pin All Projects in the sidebar
The All projects option is now pinned in the sidebar for easier access.Apply default custom field values when creating projects
Default values configured for custom fields are now correctly applied when creating a new project.
Drawings
Tag imported drawings
Add tags to drawings when importing them through a spreadsheet.Import point layers using UTM coordinates
Spreadsheet drawing imports now support UTM coordinates for point import layers.Improve drawing visibility while navigating the map
Drawing lines now remain visible when zooming in and out of the map.Filter work by drawing type
The drawing type filter in Work now correctly filters work items based on their associated drawing type.
Work
Improve work item approval and rejection
A success notification now confirms when a work item has been approved or rejected. After completing the action, you are automatically returned to the panel or view you were working in before opening the work item.Preserve location information in work templates
LSD location information is now correctly stored for point work templates.Respect subtask dependencies when working offline on mobile
Work items with blocked subtasks can no longer be closed offline until the required subtasks are completed.
Costs
Improve cost code management
Cost codes can now be deleted after all associated costs and budgets have been reassigned or removed.Export the correct cost comments
Cost exports now include the comments associated with Costs instead of Budget comments.
Timeline
Improve status visibility
Statuses in Timeline view now display with their configured colors for easier identification.

Work item dependencies are now respected when closing work items while offline, preventing work with blocked subtasks from being closed prematurely.
