Understanding Your Appointments Report
The Appointments Report tab is for Sales Managers to see the performance and appointments that directly impact your business such as met, set, not met, and appointments with no outcome or update.
This report breaks down all of those appointments and what those statuses are, giving you real time insight into your agent’s and ISA’s performance.
Filtering Your Appointments Report
This section is where you can filter based on what data points you would like to see. You can filter by Agent, Type, ISA, Lead Source, Dates, and Set by.
Sales Manager Appointment Review Snapshot
This section will show you a quick snapshot of the numbers and percentage for the selected time period of the Appointments Set, Appointments Met, Appointments Not Met, and Appointments with No Outcome or Update.
Appointments Overview
The Appointments Overview shows the summary of appointments based on the filtered data needed. You have multiple tabs to select where you can view specific data such as All Appointments tab, Held Appointments tab, Not Held Appointments tab, No Outcome tab, Needs Update tab, and Deleted Appointments tab.
All Appts
The All Appointments tab is the summary of appointments made by the agents. It shows when the appointment was created, Outcome, Lead Name, and Created by.
Held Appts
The Held Appointments tab filters all the appointments held. It helps in knowing how long it’s taking the team or agent to convert a lead from the time the appointment was set to the time the deal is closed.
Not Held Appts
The Not Held Appointments tab filters appointments that are marked as not held.
No Outcome/ Needs Update
The No Outcome/ Needs Update tab filters the appointments that don't have any outcome or those appointments that require an update to the appointment outcome and possibly the stage.
Deleted Appts
The Deleted Appointments tab are the appointments deleted by agents.
