ISA Manager Activities

This article aims to guide you through a detailed breakdown of your ISA Manager Report.

Calls

  • Unique Leads Called

    • The number of overall leads with an outbound call made, filtered by the mapped ISA Group within the CURRENT MONTH.

  • Calls Per Lead

    • The number of ALL outbound calls made DIVDED by the number of Unique Leads Called, filtered by the mapped ISA Group within the CURRENT MONTH

  • Connections

    • The number of overall leads that answered/connected for more than 60 seconds, filtered by the mapped ISA Group within the CURRENT MONTH

  • Conversations

    • The number of leads that answered/connected for more than 2 minutes, filtered by the mapped ISA Group within the CURRENT MONTH

  • Calls Leaderboard This Month

    • Calls

      • The number of ALL outbound calls made, filtered by the mapped ISA Group within the CURRENT MONTH

    • Conversations

      • The number of overall leads that answered/connected for more than 2 minutes, filtered by the mapped ISA Group within the CURRENT MONTH

Call Stats

  • Leads Called

    • The number of overall leads with an outbound call made by the mapped ISA Group within the Selected MONTH/YEAR.

  • Calls

    • The number of ALL outbound calls made by the mapped ISA Group within the Selected MONTH/YEAR.

  • Calls Per Lead

    • The number of ALL outbound calls made, DIVDED by the number of Unique Leads Called, filtered by the mapped ISA Group within the Selected MONTH/YEAR.

  • Appointments

    • The number of Appointments created in FUB created, filtered by the mapped ISA within the Selected MONTH/YEAR.

  • Calls Per Appointment Set

    • The number of Appointments created in FUB DIVIDED by the the number of ALL outbound calls made created by the mapped ISA within the Selected MONTH/YEAR.

  • Deals

    • The number of Transactions in "Closed" status for the corresponding leads with an APPOINTMENT SET within the SELECTED MONTH/YEAR mapped to the individual ISA.

  • Calls Per Deal

    • The number of Transactions in "Closed" status for the corresponding leads with an APPOINTMENT SET within the SELECTED MONTH/YEAR DIVIDED by the number of ALL outbound calls made by the mapped ISA Group within the Selected MONTH/YEAR.

Appointments

  • Appointments Set

    • The number of Appointments created in FUB for leads which are mapped to the ISA Group within the CURRENT MONTH.

  • Appointments Held

    • The number of mapped Appointments HELD in FUB for leads which are mapped to the ISA Group within the CURRENT MONTH.

  • Calls per Appointments Set

    • The number of Appointments created in FUB DIVIDED by SUM of ALL outbound calls made for leads which are mapped to the ISA Group within the CURRENT MONTH.

  • Calls per Appointment Held

    • The number of mapped Appointments HELD in FUB DIVIDED by the number of ALL outbound calls made for leads which are mapped to the ISA Group within the CURRENT MONTH.

  • Appointments Set Leaderboard This Month

    • Appointments Set

      • The number of Appointments created in FUB for leads which are mapped to the ISA Group within the CURRENT MONTH.

    • Appointments Held

      • The number of mapped Appointments HELD in FUB for leads which are mapped to the ISA Group within the CURRENT MONTH.

Appointments By ISA

  • Leads Worked

    • The number of leads with call/text/email activity mapped to corresponding ISA within the selected timeframe.

  • Appointments Set

    • The number of appointments created within selected timeframe and mapped appointment 'type' in preferences.

  • Appointments Scheduled

    • The number of appointments scheduled within selected timeframe and mapped appointment 'outcome' in preferences.

  • Appointments Held

    • The number of appointments Held within a mapped 'met' outcome.

  • Held Rate

    • The number of appointments scheduled DIVIDED by the number of held appointments within the selected timeframe.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This list is set to include leads regardless of ignored stages in preferences.

Deals

  • Top Deals this Month

    • The number of transactions in 'Closed' status within the CURRENT MONTH mapped to the individual ISA.

  • Accepted Deals

    • Transaction records with acceptance date for leads which are mapped to the selected ISA/ISA Group between selected Timeframe, filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.

  • Cancelled Deals

    • Transaction records with a 'Cancelled’ status- Records with acceptance date between selected timeframe mapped to selected ISA/ISA Group, filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.

  • Pending Deals

    • Transaction records in the "Pending" status with acceptance date for leads which are mapped to the selected ISA/ISA Group between selected timeframe, filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.

  • Deals Closed

    • Transaction records in the "Closed" status with acceptance date for leads which are mapped to the selected ISA/ISA Group between selected timeframe, filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.

Deals Breakdown

  • Closed - Team Overall

    • Transaction records in the "Closed" status with acceptance date for leads in the YEAR TO DATE/12 MONTH timeframe, filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.

  • Closed - ISA Team

    • Transaction records in the "Closed" status with acceptance date for leads which are mapped to the selected ISA/ISA Group between YEAR TO DATE/12 MONTH Timeframe, filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.

  • Pending - Team Overall

    • Transaction records in the "Pending" status with acceptance date for leads in the YEAR TO DATE/12 MONTH timeframe, filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.

  • Pending - ISA Team

    • Transaction records in the "Pending" status with acceptance date for leads which are mapped to the selected ISA/ISA Group between YEAR TO DATE/12 MONTH Timeframe, filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.

Transactions

  • ISA

    • ISA that created APPOINTMENT in FUB assigned to Transaction in TMS.

  • Agent

    • Assigned Agent that closed the APPOINTMENT set lead from ISA Group, pulled from TMS.

  • Close Date

    • Transaction records with close date within the set timeframe with a status of "Active", "Closed", or "Canceled", set to only include leads with an APPOINTMENT created by the ISA Group, filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.

  • Acceptance Date

    • Transaction records with acceptance date within the set timeframe with a status of "Active", "Closed", or "Canceled", set to only include leads with an APPOINTMENT created by the ISA Group, filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.

  • Full Address

    • Transaction records address logged in TMS with acceptance date within the set timeframe with a status of "Active", "Closed", or "Cancel" -- set to only include leads with an APPOINTMENT created by the ISA Group- filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.

  • Status

    • Transaction records "Status" logged in TMS with acceptance date within the set timeframe with a status of "Active", "Closed", or "Cancel" -- set to only include leads with an APPOINTMENT created by the ISA Group- filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.

  • Volume

    • Transaction records Deal Value logged in TMS with acceptance date within the set timeframe with a status of "Active", "Closed", or "Cancel" -- set to only include leads with an APPOINTMENT created by the ISA Group- filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.
