Appointment Creation in Follow Up Boss (FUB)
ProDispatch automatically creates appointments directly in Follow Up Boss (FUB) when a lead is routed and claimed.
The appointment will be titled:
"[Appointment Type] with [Lead Name] and [Agent Name]"
This ensures appointments are consistently labeled and easy for agents and admins to identify within FUB.
