This article aims to guide you through a breakdown of your CRM and Transaction based leaderboards.

CRM Based Leaderboard

  • Total New Lead

    • SUM of all leads created in FUB within the set timeframe.

  • Total Contact Attempts

    • SUM of all calls/texts/emails logged to leads in FUB within the set timeframe (Last 7 days/Last 30 days).

  • Total Calls

    • SUM of all outbound calls logged to leads in FUB within the set timeframe(Last 7 days/Last 30 days).

  • Total Conversations

    • SUM of leads that answered/connected for more than 2 minutes within the set timeframe(Last 7 days/Last 30 days).

Transaction Based Leaderboard

  • Team Total Closed

    • SUM of ‘Closed’ status Transactions records mapped to include only "Team" SOURCES with close date between beginning of current year and current date, filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.

  • Team Total Closed Volume

    • SUM of Deal Value ‘Closed’ status Transactions records mapped to include only "Team" SOURCES with close date between beginning of current year and current date, filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.

  • Total Closed

    • SUM of ‘Closed’ status Transactions records with close date between beginning of current year and current date, filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.

  • Total Closed Volume

    • SUM of Deal Value ‘Closed’ status Transactions records with close date between beginning of current year and current date, filtered to only include transactions associated with active agents.
