When you are unable to stop your charging session via the mobile app, you will probably be stuck at one of the following screens:
In this case there are two possible solutions:
Force stop the session by hard quitting and reopening the app.
Stop the session by tapping your charging card on the charging station.
💡 In general it is always better to stop a charging session by using your charging card, and not the app.
