Your mobility manager first has to give you access

Once your mobility manager has opened a public transport benefit for you, you can order subscriptions yourself and follow them up via Mbrella. You will receive an e-mail once your manager has done this.

How to order a public transport subscription

  1. Navigate to your Mobility hub in the side bar

  2. Click on the public transport company you want to order a subscription for
    ☝️ Attention: if you don't see any public transport company (NMBS-SNCB, STIB-MIVB, De Lijn or TEC) and didn't receive an e-mail, then your mobility manager did not give you access to this benefit

  3. Click on Activate third-party payer agreement

  4. Follow the steps in the tutorial

  5. Read the confirmation steps well. They are different per public transport company
