Once your mobility manager has opened a public transport benefit for you, you can order subscriptions yourself and follow them up via Mbrella. You will receive an e-mail once your manager has done this.
How to order a public transport subscription
Navigate to your Mobility hub in the side bar
Click on the public transport company you want to order a subscription for
☝️ Attention: if you don't see any public transport company (NMBS-SNCB, STIB-MIVB, De Lijn or TEC) and didn't receive an e-mail, then your mobility manager did not give you access to this benefitClick on Activate third-party payer agreement
