👨🏻‍💼 🧑🏽‍💼 Example: I took a 12 months subscription from STIB to travel to my office in Brussels. My subscription is valid until next month. I would like to renew it as I’ll keep using STIB to travel to work.

How to renew a public transport subscription

Check the steps per public transport provider here:

SNCB

Go to MySNCB or to an SNCB kiosk in a train station

💡 If your departure or arrival station, the class you’re travelling in or the validity period of your subscription changed, you need to order a new subscription on Mbrella.

STIB

To renew your yearly subscription you don’t have to do anything, STIB subscriptions are automatically renewed.
💡 If your subscription was already active before the third payer agreement, it won’t be automatically renewed.
So if you have an existing subscription from before the use of Mbrella, you still need to order a new subscription after the end date of your current one.

Monthly subscriptions 14 days before the end of your subscription, you will see a button appear in Mbrella to renew your subscription.

Go to the Mobility Hub, click "STIB" and click "Renew subscription"

Brupas 10 (XL)

To reorder a Brupass 10 you can go on the STIB tile click on it and you will see a button reorder.

Go to the Mobility Hub, click "STIB" and click "Reorder".

TEC

Navigate to the TEC E-SHOP or go to a SELF kiosk to renew your subscription.

De Lijn

For De Lijn, you always have to order a new subscription on Mbrella
