☝🏽 Go to the mobility hub in your Mbrella account and click “STIB - MIVB” to order your Brupass.

❗️ If you don’t have a MOBIB card yet, a Brupass 10 can only be ordered on an existing card, not a new one; you can order a new one on the STIB Go Easy site. You can then place your order on Mbrella after entering your new card number.

💡 Your Brupass will be activated on your MOBIB card within 48 hours. Please note that it can take up to 2 working days for Mbrella to process your order so order it timely!

💡 STIB shows the n° of rides you have left per pack of 10 rides. If you’re at 2 rides and you order a new Brupass, you’ll see “2” when scanning your card until you’ve used up all the rides. Once you used the last 2 rides from your previous card, you’ll see “10” appearing. So it won’t show the total of all your rides available.
