Once you ordered your SNCB subscription, the status of the SNCB benefit in your mobility hub will change to “Pending”.
The Mbrella Mobility Concierge will process your demand within 3 working days (Mon-Fri, 9 to 17h). Your mobility benefit status will then be set to "Active".
❗️The date of activation is not necessarily the delivery date of your subscription.
The activation date will depend on the public transport organisation, same for the subscription delivery method.
