Choose which mobility categories are allowed within the mobility budgets of your employees

With Expense Spending Controls, you hold the power to customize Mbrella according to your company's unique needs. Two cases as an example:

  • You don't want to offer a certain category of mobility solutions within the mobility budgets of your employees? Simply block the category.

  • You want to find a solution for the never-ending piles of parking and public transport tickets? Give your employees an Mbrella Pay card that can only be used for these categories.

👉 Activate via Expenses > Spending controls

Only available in the Scale and Enterprise plan
