The legal mobility budget is granted from a date that is determined in consultation between the employer and employee.

👉 Only expenses that occurred during the period in which the employee is entitled to the mobility budget are accepted.

To define the date of an expense, you should take into account the date on which the payment for the mobility option was made to the supplier

Note that in case you were already entitled to the mobility budget before you got access to Mbrella, you can still add a single expense with a date in the past.
