Managing employee budgets and benefits for more than 20 employees can take a bit of time. Junior employees generally have different rights than more senior ones. And that needs to be reflected in Mbrella.

With our User Groups feature, you can put people with the same rights all in one neat little group.

  • Say goodbye to manually assigning budgets and benefits to each employee one by one. Now you can manage budgets and benefits for groups of employees at the same time, in bulk.

  • Updates made to a group budget or benefit will be automatically applied to everyone in the group, saving you time and effort.

  • Design a mobility plan that is tailored to your employees' specific needs.

Now how do you do this?

  • Click on Add group to add a new user group to your platform

  • Give the group a name and click on Create

  • Now you are able to modify the group as you wish

    • Add the budget(s) that the employees in this group should receive

    • Add the benefit(s) that the employees in this group should receive

    • Add the employees that should be part of this group

    • Adjust the settings as you please

      • Per user group you can choose if the allowances assigned to them, have to be deducted or on top of their mobility budget

Now every time you add a new employee you can assign them to the right user group, and the budget(s), benefit(s) and settings of this group will automatically apply to the employee.
