How to set up your payroll settings

One of Mbrella's biggest benefits, is the way we do payroll.

We have payroll compatible files with the biggest social secretaries in Belgium, making it as easy as possible to send all of your mobility budget related information to payroll. And not to worry, even if your social secretary is not in the list, we have a solution for you! Find out in this article how you can set up your own payroll settings correctly.

To set up your payroll correctly, you will have to go to Payroll > Settings

Here you will see the option to choose your own social secretary, or if you don't find back your own social secretary, you can choose the general csv file.

Depending on the social secretary you have chosen, you will have to fill in the following information or contact us to set up the integration:

  • Company ID

  • Employee payroll ID's

For SD Worx customers, we have to fill in the paycodes and ask for their activation ourselves. So please contact us in this case so we can set everything up correctly for you!
