KM allowance amounts get frequently indexed (e.g. from €0,27/km to €0,35/km in 2024). To make sure that your employees still get reimbursed for the correct amount in the correct period, HR admins can now set amounts for certain periods.
How do you do this?
Go to the Mobility Hub and click on the allowance of your choice
Click on 'Edit' next to the Settings
Add the period of your choice by clicking on 'Add different amount for another period'
