There are several reasons why this might happen, and I'll explain the most common ones:
Delayed Processing: Sometimes there can be a delay between when a charging session occurs and when it appears in your history. This is because the Charge Point Operator (CPO) needs to send the session data to Mbrella Charge, which can take some time.
Waiting for CDR: Mbrella Charge often waits for the Charge Detail Record (CDR) from the Charge Point Operator (CPO) before fully processing and displaying a session. If the CDR hasn't been received yet, the session might not appear in your history or might show as "unknown".
Synchronization Issues: There might be temporary synchronization issues between the charging station, the CPO, and Mbrella Charge systems. These usually resolve themselves within a short period.
Recent Sessions: If the session you're looking for is very recent (within the last few hours), it might not have been fully processed and added to your history yet.
App Updates: Ensure you're using the latest version of the Mbrella Charge app. Sometimes, older versions might have issues displaying the most recent charging history.
Session Type: If the session is of an "unknown" type, it might not appear in certain views until it's properly categorized (e.g., as home or public charging).
If you're sure that you've had a charging session recently and it's not appearing after 24-48 hours, here are some steps you can take:
Refresh the app or log out and log back in.
Check if the session appears on the Mbrella Charge web portal (if available).
Contact Mbrella Charge support through the in-app chat or support email. They can investigate specific sessions that might be missing from your history. When contacting support, please provide details such as
the date
the time
the location of the charging session
any confirmation or receipt you might have received from the charging station.
