How do I ban a customer?

In the unfortunate case that you need to ban a customer, you can do so from within the customer's profile page.

To ban a customer, open the Customers tab in Admin and search for the customer by their name or email address.

Once you've found them, open the profile for the customer, scroll down to the Customer Details section. 

  • Check Ban Customer

  • Enter the reason for banning them

  •  Click the "Save Details" button.

Banned customers will not be able to order from your online menu. If they attempt to check in at a physical location, the Customer Intake app will display a pop-up message warning you that they have been banned and the reason.
