Click the View button next to the order you want to cancel.
You will find the gray Cancel button in the upper right corner.
When an order is cancelled, it moves to the Canceled tab where it can be viewed later.
Any products on the order will be returned to inventory.
The system also records who cancelled the order, at what time and for what reason.
WARNING!!
If you cancel an order that is part of an active shift and you want to adjust the expected cash balance in the drawer, you must either:
A) check the "Adjust Balance" box, OR
B) adjust the drawer by subtracting the value of the order from the drawer, OR
