If you need to change a product, line item quantity or package on an order, you can do so using the POS app.
Just click the Orders button in the top right corner of the app and select the appropriate tab to find a new or packed order that you want to edit.
Selecting a new/packed order brings up the order and associated customer profile (if any is attached to the order).
If there is not a customer profile attached to the order you can add one.
If there is already a customer profile attached to an order, removing the profile will cease to edit the existing order and create a new order.
