The Inventory section of Admin shows the exact quantity of every product you have in stock.
Before you can use Inventory tracking, you will have to create the product you want to track and select the tracking type.
Once you are set up to track inventory, the 5 components below help you do so accurately:
Purchase Orders: for buying products to add to your stock.
Reconciliations: for manually modifying any inaccuracies in inventory.
Transactions: for viewing a list of any and all transactions that changed inventory quantities. The Inventory Transaction list can be filtered by action type, product and inventory location.
Cycle Counts: for checking if real and expected inventory quantities match.
Transfers: for transferring products between different inventory locations, such as delivery vehicles or back stock.
