You can directly communicate with customers via SMS in the order view.
When an order comes in from your online menu or is created in Admin, you can send the customer a text and they can reply (this requires they have their cell number in their profile).
You can let them know when their delivery will arrive or when their pick-up order is ready.
Ask the customer questions, make product recommendations or see if they want anything else for their order.
Text them to request a new picture if their face is not clear in the ID provided.
