Customers can redeem their loyalty points for a reward directly from the online menu when they are at the checkout screen.
When they are ready to place their order, the customer can select "Redeem Loyalty" to see and select from the available options. If a customer is having trouble finding this option, make sure they are signed in and have enough loyalty points to redeem an offer.
First, the customer selects the type of reward they want. The customer can see their total points and point cost of the reward.
If they selected a Free Product, next they can select which one they want.
This item will then be added to the customer's basket. Notice that the total order price has not changed and the discount is reflected in the calculation.
Now they can place their order and feel great about getting a reward for their loyalty!
