The hours that you set here only affect orders placed on Meadow's embed menu for pickup and delivery - not your instore orders. 

If you want your customers to be able to place orders for the next day outside of business hours, you can navigate to the Delivery tab in Settings and toggle "Allow orders when you're closed" to "Yes"

If you use delivery zones, you can edit the open hours for each zone below
