Offline QR Code Scan-In

Clinicians can now scan event QR codes even when their phone is offline. Attendance is queued locally on the device and synced automatically when connectivity is restored. A 'Queued Tasks' screen in the app lets users see and manage pending scans. The timestamp and timezone are captured at the time of the scan, so the attendance record is accurate even if the sync happens later.

Admin can edit form answers

If someone has made a typo or mistake on a submitted form, you can now jump in and fix it directly through the dashboard. Saves time needing to get clinicians or assessors to fix small errors.

Unmark QR code event attendance

If someone has scanned into an event incorrectly, you can now 'unmark' their attendance from the dashboard, helping keep those records accurate for reporting and accreditation.

Edit form recipient cohort on existing distributions

If you need to change a supervisor or assessor cohort on an existing form distribution you can now do that via the edit distribution page. Note that you cannot change the primary recipient, but this is something we are looking at for the future.

Edit distribution available date

If you have an upcoming form distribution (available in the future), previously you could not edit the opening date. Now you can change that opening date as you need to.

Close distribution immediately

If you need to close off a distribution right away, you can now do this via the edit distribution page. Gives more flexibility to when forms open and close.

Rename form recipient labels

Change the name of a form recipient to better match your local terminology. So instead of 'Supervisor' you can now change it to 'CNE/NUM', or change it from 'Clinician' to 'WBA Candidate'.
