The team has been working hard, so here is the news on what is in the app. As always there's a few things under the hood in prep for some bigger changes coming later in the year.

Update

Description

Changed wording on "Feedback" button in "More" section on mobile app

Wording updated to clarify feedback is for Med App and not their hospital. Updated from:

"Feedback"

"Send Feedback"

to:

"App feedback"

"Send feedback about Med App"

Survey announcements for Events

Target survey announcements to reduce noise!

When you have attached a survey to an education or training event in the 'Events' feature.

New logic has been added (by Rob) which will only send a survey notification link to clinicians who have actually attended (scanned in/logged their attendance) in an event.

This reduces unnecessary notifications being sent to people who it is not relevant for.

Completed Forms forward to a designated email address

This allows a notification email to be sent once a form has been completed allowing for better filing of forms and letting a shared email address or specific role know a form has been completed.

Create form:

  • A toggle has been added when you create a new form to add emails that completed forms will be forwarded to.

  • When an email is added at the form level it will automatically add this email by default for new distributions.

New distributions:

  • If an email has been added at the form level, when creating a distribution, this will be toggled on with the email by default

  • The default email can be removed, additional emails can be added or this option can be toggled off.

MSF forms mapped and all functionality now ready for MSF using forms

Multi Source Feedback forms have now been mapped! These are for the Workplace Based Assessment sites. This is a 2 section flow for candidate to complete and then assign to assessor to complete and allow for the results to be unknown/anonymous to the clinician (but visible to the administrators)

NOTE:

  • the toggle to make responses confidential should be turned on

  • the form is designed to be ad hoc with a minimum and max number of forms set (CQHHS require 10 to be completed)

Matrix questions now supported in form PDF mappings

Matrix questions were previously not able to be used with the forms feature because pdf mapping of responses was no supported.

We now support PDF mapping of matrix responses and can subsequently use matrix questions for forms.

Admins can view users who have registered their attendance to an upcoming event

Previously, when an event was upcoming (ie current time is < event start time) and a user registered attendance, admins couldn't see the users who have registered attendance

This fix allows admins to see attendees to an event when it is still upcoming

Popup displays for ad hoc forms when exiting to save or discard form

There has been confusion when a user starts a new ad hoc form, they don’t realise it saves as a draft so end up with multiple drafts of the same form. As a way to make this clearer, if a user creates a new form and then presses the ‘back button’ a popup appears to give the the option of saving the form or exiting and discarding. The popup will appear in the following situations:

  • A form is created, user presses back button and no draft has been saved. The popup will appear to save the draft or discard it

  • A draft is edited and a field is changed, the popup will appear to save draft or exit without saving

Divider option available for forms and surveys

There is a new question type for forms and surveys called 'divider' which will add a horizontal divider to the form. See example screenshot.
