Why is there content showing from another account?

If you see content from another account in your dashboard but cannot edit it, it is because your account is part of their Broadcast network

This is because your account has been added as a 'child' account of another account ('parent' account) which has the ability to 'broadcast' content and announcements to your hospital or district.
