This label means the content or announcement is a 'broadcast', or that it has come from / is managed by another 'parent' account. For example, you may be logged in to your local hospital (e.g. Gosford) however NSW Health (the state based health authority) wants to share content across all Med App accounts in NSW (so Central Coast LHD, Hunter New England LHD, South East Sydney LHD).
Rather than having the individual accounts add the content, the NSW Health team can do it directly and users do not have to change location.
The 'managed by...' label just indicates that it is managed at the 'broadcast' level, not at the local hospital level.
All other local content remains managed by the individual teams at the hospital or district level.
