Use Review Dates to Remind About Updating Content

Review dates helps to automatically remind you when content has been flagged for updating or at least a review.

All articles can have a review date set that will automatically remind a dashboard user (in the Action Items list, and via weekly digest email if you have that setup) when a particular article is up for review.

This can be good if you want to remind the team to review term documents, orientation handbooks at the end of the year, or if there is other content that is regularly up for review (e.g. every term, or annually).

It means you will be automatically prompted and it will stay in you action items list until you have updated the review date, or removed the review date.

You can also use the history of an article to see the who, when, what about an article being updated.

Have a look here to see how it works in practice.
