This is a list of all the countries that currently have access to Med App and supported mobile country codes.
Inviting International clinicians
Before IMGs or international clinicians are invited, check that their current country is supported. During the invitation process change the country code from the default Australian code with the invitees country current code.
Unsupported countries: changing a phone's app store country of origin
Clinicians from an unsupported country may have to wait to arrive in the country and change the device's app store country to gain access Med App.
Each phone's app store has a country associated with it depending where it was purchased or setup. However this can be changed when you move countries to allow for local applications to be downloaded. See below instructions for each phone manufacturer:
Why is it restricted?
Some countries are restricted is because we only have Med App live in a few countries around the world, so have chosen to have it 'switched off' in others where we do not have a presence (yet!).
