Ever made a mistake when creating a survey? Forgotten to add in a key question? Messed up the order? No problem. With Surveys we have the ability to shift questions around to make sure you have the most effective order to get the best completion rates and most relevant feedback.
Step 1 Open Surveys
After logging into the Med App admin portal dash.med.app
Navigate to the survey feature
Locate your survey
Step 2: Edit your survey tempalte
click on the 3 dots to the righthand side of the survey name.
Select edit template
Step 3 Moving questions
Click the double arrow next to each survey question to change the order of questions.
Step 4 Select where it should go
Pick an option whether you want this question before or after some other survey question
Choose the question you want your question to go before or after
Click 'move question' to save the change
Now save your tempalte
