We added this in preparation to collect AHPRA numbers from users. Extra fields can be made visible and editable to mobile users.

Deep linking also allows us to create a link that can specifically open an extra field (eg admin can send an announcement with a link to add in extra field number)

Deep linking functionality on mobile

Deep linking allows us to link to specific screens on the app. 3 key reasons:

- Direct link to a specific app page (eg directory)
- Setup a QR code for an article so that users can scan and open article in-app
- Send users to a specific extra field eg to complete their AHPRA number

Feature descriptions and links on dashboard

Add a feature description and links to help centre, videos or product tour so that dashboard teams can quickly understand the purpose of each feature and access help material.

The Med App hospital success team can add a description about the feature and then add a help centre, video and product tour link.

Capturing feedback about content and the directory

Med App expands feedback functionality, allowing clinicians to provide feedback about their hospital's content and directory

One of Med App's goals is to ensure every hospital provides clinicians with the most relevant and up-to-date information about their workplace.

Med App has taken a major step forward in ensuring we achieve this by adding more opportunities for clinicians to provide feedback about content and their directory.

For workplace content, we have previously allowed clinicians to provide feedback about existing articles. We have expanded upon this functionality to allow clinicians to make suggestions about content that could be added to improve the utility of Med App content.

We are acutely aware that updates to the local directory occur frequently, meaning the directory can quickly become out of date. We have added the ability for clinicians to now report any directory listing that may be incorrect. Furthermore, we have included the ability for clinicians to add suggestions about listings that could be added to the directory.

For dashboard administrators, we have centralised all feedback into one single "Feedback" area in the Action Items section of the dashboard. From here, you can easily link to an article or directory to action feedback, reply to your clinicians to acknowledge their contribution and write an internal note for any future administrators to understand what action was taken with the feedback.

We are excited about this step forward, where we can continue to ensure that Med App is the first place for clinicians to access the most relevant and up-to-date information about their workplace.

Export attendance record on mobile

Clinicians can export their attendance record via Med App

We recognise clinicians need to share their attendance records with third parties which is why we have added the ability for clinicians to export a spreadsheet containing a record of events they have attended

Move survey questions

Survey questions can be reordered

We have had several feedback requests indicating a limitation with our survey builder, whereby questions could not be reordered. We have subsequently added functionality that allows all survey questions to be moved.
