Visual updates are incredibly valuable tools that allow your clinician to accurately review your technique, monitor healing tissue, and ensure your pet's treatment is optimized.
Please note that photos and videos are not uploaded directly inside the chat window. Instead, the MedcoVet app features a dedicated section specifically for your media updates.
How to Upload Media:
Open the MedcoVet app.
Look at the main menu bar at the bottom of your screen and tap Media.
Select the option to upload or capture your picture or video clip.
Once submitted, your clinician will be able to review the files alongside your case history.
đ ď¸ App Media Errors: If the application experiences a temporary glitch and prevents you from uploading through the Media tab, do not worry. Reach out to MedcoVet Support via the bottom-right chat bubble. Provide your name, pet's name, phone number, and a quick description of what you are trying to send so our technical team can clear the hurdle for you.
