Standard Processing & Delivery Windows
Fulfillment: Once your initial consultation concludes and your payment and shipping profile are completed in the app, orders are packed and processed within 48 business hours.
Tracking: Automated tracking information will be emailed to you the moment the carrier scans the package at our warehouse.
Transit Time: While carrier speeds vary slightly based on your location, most Luma shipments land on doorsteps within a few business days following fulfillment.
Protocol Activation: To ensure safety, your pet's custom treatment protocol will populate inside the app immediately after the carrier confirms physical delivery of your device.
International Shipping Restrictions
MedcoVet operates and distributes medical hardware exclusively within the United States. We cannot ship devices or generate return labels for international addresses outside of domestic U.S. borders. If you reside internationally but can provide a valid United States forwarding address, please reach out to Support to discuss specialized options.
