When to Pause and Request a Clinical Update
You must temporarily pause care and message your clinician through the top-left app chat if your pet experiences:
An acute, brand-new injury or a sudden, unexplained limp.
A recent surgical intervention or fresh post-operative incisions.
The emergence of sudden open wounds, skin lesions, or localized trauma.
A desire to expand treatment to an entirely new joint or muscle group.
A desire to increase treatment timing or alter placement beyond your written protocol.
Your clinician will review the changes, explain if light therapy is safe for the new injury, and update your app protocol layout dynamically so you can resume guided sessions safely.
