My credit card was declined, or I need to update my credit card information. What should I do?

You can update your credit card information directly in the MedcoVet app.

  1. Navigate to the "Settings" tab located at the bottom menu of the app.

  2. Within the "Settings" tab, select the "Payment Settings" option.

  3. On the ensuing page, you'll find the "Billing Details" section, where you can readily update your payment information.
