Role Clarification: It's important to note that as a veterinary professional, you do not have the capability to upload photos or videos directly through this button. This functionality is reserved exclusively for pet owners.

How Pet Owners Use This Feature:

  • Uploading Photos and Videos: Pet owners can easily upload photos and videos of their pets via the Medcovet mobile app. This process is user-friendly and designed to be accessible for all our clients.

  • Viewing Uploaded Media: Once uploaded, these visuals are immediately available for you to view in the respective case section. This allows you to get a better understanding of the pet's condition and any specific concerns raised by the owner.
