While in some cases you may wish to permanently remove a member from your account, it's important to note that by doing so you will lose all data related to the member's experience with your products.
This includes all progress, quiz answers, activity log info, product access, sales info, etc.
This process cannot be undone. Once a member is removed, their member account cannot be reinstated. So please proceed with caution.
To Remove/Delete a Member from Your Account:
Find the member you wish to remove by going to your Member List.
Click 'edit' to view their Member Profile.
Scroll to the very bottom of the page to locate the 'Delete' area.
Click on this section to expand the 'Delete' button. This button is purposely 'hidden' to help avoid people deleting members by mistake.
If you're absolutely certain you want to permanently remove the member from your account, click the 'Delete' button.
You will receive one more prompt that you must confirm. Once confirmed, the member will be removed from your account.
If you wish to remove a large group of members at once, you can do so using our Remove by CSV feature.

Please note that removing a member's account will not cancel any active subscriptions or payment plans they may have in place for the product. Instead, please follow the steps for cancelling a member's recurring payments before removing the member from your account.
