But the key difference is that it takes into consideration only your Mentionlytics data, not generic info from the online world.

How To Use It
SIA Chatbot is currently available to Pro and higher-tier plan users. You can find it in the left menu.
To use it, write a prompt or a question you might have in the “Ask the assistant” bar and hit the paper airplane icon (or just “Enter” on your keyboard). The feature will analyze your social listening data and give you the answer.
But in case you don’t know where to begin, you can pick one of the ready-made, useful prompts we’ve got for you on the right side of the conversation box.
Once you enter your prompt, the AI Chatbot will give you the answer to your question, along with some links to mentions to prove the reliability of the answer, when needed. You may click on the link icons to see the example mention in reference.
Also, you can use the feature to create pie charts, line charts, bar charts, and radar charts, as well as other graphs to visualize exactly the data you want.
