For better brand monitoring and organization, you can add labels and notes to your mentions. This is a useful feature as it makes collaboration easier, enabling you to organize your mentions efficiently. Also, adding some notes on a mention helps you remember why it is important for further action.
There is a list with ready-made labels to help you sort out your mentions to those that are important, the really negative ones that perhaps need your attention, and more.
Plus, you have 3 empty choices at the bottom (see pink, purple, and sky-blue one in the screenshot below) to create your own labels. So you have a total of 9 labels to use.
How do I add a label or note?
To name an unnamed label or change the name of an existing one, just double-click on the label's name or on the empty space (for the unnamed ones).
Enter the desired name and click on the "Save" button.
To choose a label for your mention, simply click on the little white circle at the bottom right of the mention box and click on the relevant label.
In the labels’ pop-up, you can also leave any necessary notes.
How to filter mentions by label
After adding your chosen labels to your mentions, you can use the filter "Labeled" from the top filters to view only labeled mentions or check the progress of a mention from the labels list.
The "Labeled" filter can be sorted by:
Any
With Notes
Without Notes
Unlabeled
A specific label
