You can easily monitor your usage and remaining quota directly from your Mentionlytics account.
How to check your mentions quota
To see how many mentions you have used and how many are left:
Go to Settings → Account Configuration
Locate the usage bar, where you can view:
Mentions collected
Mentions remaining
Number of deleted mentions
Current quota period
You can also check your usage in:
Settings → Plan & Billing
Low quota notifications
If your mentions quota is running low (below 10%), you will see a banner notification at the top of your Overview dashboard, showing:
The percentage of quota remaining
The number of days until your renewal date
Important note about mentions count
⚠️The "Total Mentions" metric in the Overview dashboard is not the same as your mentions quota.
This is because:
The platform displays only the most relevant mentions
Some mentions may be filtered out based on relevance or deleted.
For accurate quota tracking, always refer to:
Settings → Account Configuration
Settings → Plan & Billing
What about keywords and social profiles?
At the moment, your mentions quota, keywords, and social profiles are being displayed in your Settings → Plan & Billing section.
