Your account has a monthly mentions quota based on your subscription plan. When one or more of your keywords collect enough mentions to reach that monthly limit, your quota is exhausted.
Once your quota has been reached, Mentionlytics will stop collecting new mentions until your next billing cycle begins.
Also, if your account gets cancelled either manually by you or due to a past-due reason, for the time period the account is cancelled, Mentionlytics will not collect new mentions for it.
If you want to check your mentions limit, go to Settings → Account Configuration.
Or you can go to Settings → Plan & Billing and see the following detailed table.
⚠️If these numbers don't match what you see on the dashboard, kindly select Relevance: All from your Filters and check whether any of your keywords are capturing more noise than expected, so that they can be optimized.
Need more mentions?
If you're on an Advanced or higher tier plan, you can purchase additional mentions at any time.
Current pricing:
10,000 additional mentions: $10/month
20,000 additional mentions: $20/month
Additional mentions can be added in increments of 10,000.
How to avoid running out of quota
Very broad or generic keywords can consume your monthly quota quickly.
For example, tracking a common word without additional context may collect thousands of unrelated mentions.
We recommend:
Using specific brand names or phrases whenever possible.
Avoiding overly generic keywords.
Contacting your Account Manager or our Support team via live chat if you'd like help optimizing your keywords. We'll be happy to suggest the best setup to maximize relevant results while minimizing unnecessary mention usage.
