A mention is any reference to a brand, keyword, hashtag, or phrase you monitor through Mentionlytics on social media, websites, and other online platforms.
For example, if someone posts a video on TikTok including your brand name in the caption, that counts as a mention.
Mentionlytics detects mentions based on the specific keywords or hashtags you set up to monitor in your Mention Trackers.

How Can I View a Full Mention?
At the bottom of any mention box, you can find the options to view, open, delete, or assign (the little white circle below the emotion icon) that mention.
You can view the mention as a pop-up window in Mentionlytics and check the whole content (for social mentions) or see more information, such as a snapshot, main article, HTML source, and text content (for web mentions). Otherwise, you can click “Open” and go to the original source.
