The Keyword Cloud is available across all plans within the platform. It is also included in reports:
Advanced plans: included by default in Standard Reports
Pro and higher-tier plans: fully customizable within the Report Builder
How it works
The Keyword Cloud is based on mention volume:
The more frequently a word or hashtag appears, the larger it is displayed in the cloud
Less frequent terms appear smaller in size
This creates an intuitive visual hierarchy of what people are talking about most.
