Sending a Loan Invitation

Updated over a week ago

Your Portal Overview

Once logged in, you'll see your Overview page. This is where you'll see all of your customer's loan applications, and payment requests against those loans.

Sending a Loan Invitation

To send your customer a loan invitation, click Send invitation in the green widget.

Compliance Acknowledgment

If this is your first time sending a loan invitation, you'll be asked to agree to the Compliance Acknowledgement. You'll need to do this annually.

Creating the Invitation

Before sending a loan invitation, you'll need to fill out a few details about your customer.

You'll need to enter the Quote Number and Customer ID found on the estimate as this is a required field.

Order ID is optional but you should enter it if you have it so you can link back to the order easier.

Project Amount needs to be over $1,000 and can be up to $50,000.

The Move Date must be within 150 days.

For the "Authority" Dropdown, select which Company will act as the Authority of that Move. The Options could be:

  • United Van Lines

  • MayFlower

  • The Armstrong Moving Company

Invitation Sent Confirmation

After you click Send invitation, we'll send an email to the customer you entered with a link to start a loan application. Additionally you can have them scan the QR code on your screen on their mobile device, or you can copy and paste the link and text it to their mobile phone number.

Best Practice:
Send the financing invitation early — right after the estimate — to give customers time to review their financing options.
