Approval Email
If your customer is approved by the Lender, you will receive an email letting you know the details of your customer's loan. We'll also send you a notification if your customer is pended and awaiting a decision from the lender.
Pending Email
There are times when the Lender needs more information in order to approve your customer and make the funds available Payment Requests.
This is the email you will receive when your customer is in a Pending state.
Requesting Funds
Once your customer's loan is approved and finalized, you are able to request funds from the Lender. To do this, sign into the Acorn Finance Portal and find your customer in the top right widget. Click on the dropdown, and select Available for Payment Requests to filter customers.

Here you'll see a snap shot of their details. Under the Action column, you can click Request to initiate a Payment Request.
Additionally, you can navigate to Applications to view all applications that are eligible for a Payment Request.
Users can use the filters to reduce the listing of applications that are eligible for a Payment Request, as well as other filters that can help you find the right customer.
Customer Summary Panel
After clicking Request, a slide-out panel appears with your customer's information, including:
Your customer's name
Available funds to transfer to Armstrong from the Loan
Amount spent
Transaction log that were made on behalf of the customer
There is also a form to make a Payment Request by entering an Amount and Transaction Description.

You are able to collect any amount you'd like, up to the "Available Spend" amount. Enter in the input field below:
Select Transaction Description
There are three transaction options that the user can choose from to allow for the most flexibility when requesting funds:
Initial Deposit
Keeps the loan open and allows for other draws in the event the customer wants to make a deposit.
Moving Cost Charge
Keeps the loan open and selected when there are any incremental expenses for the move.
Final Charge (Closes loan)
Selected when an agent knows the request will be the last charge and loan will then close.
Once Everything is Configured, Click Send
If you have an Amount and a Transaction Description entered, you'll then be prompted to review the transaction before sending.
