Reviewing Customer Transactions & Applications

Review Transactions

You'll be able to see all of your customers transactions on the Overview Dashboard, as well as the Transactions and Application page.

Make sure you click the Refresh Icon in your Dashboard to get the latest status on your customer's payment request. It can take a few minutes for the status to change.


Possible Statuses Include:

Requested

The Payment Request was successfully sent.

Submitted

The Customer has approved the Payment Request

Completed

The Fund Transfer has been initiated.

Failed

The Payment Request email was not successfully delivered, and you should report this to support@acornfinance.com.

Rejected

The Customer has Declined the Payment Request

You can continue with the services when you see the Submitted status.


Recent Activity on Merchant Overview will display most recent transactions made with your customers.

For more details on your customer's loan applications navigate to Merchant Applications.
