To move your Agency Partner Program subscription to a new email address, you will need to cancel your current Partner Program subscription, sign up again using the new email address, and then reconnect that new Partner Program email inside your Paige account. Before you start, please read the important billing note below.
Important billing note before you make this change
Please do not switch your Agency Partner Program email address on the same day your Citation subscription renews.
When you cancel your current Agency Partner Program subscription, your 50% off Citation subscription discount is removed. If your Citation subscription renews during the short time between canceling the old Partner Program subscription and signing up again with the new email address, your Citation subscription may renew at the full price. To avoid this, we recommend making this change on a day that is not your Citation subscription renewal date. You can see when this subscription is renewing on the Billing tab under Settings.
What you will need
Before getting started, make sure you have:

Step 1: Cancel your current Agency Partner Program subscription
First, you’ll need to cancel the Partner Program subscription that is connected to your old email address.
Access the Partner Hub
Once you are inside the Partner Hub, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
Look for the option that says Cancel Partner Program subscription.
Click Cancel Partner Program subscription.
Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.
After this is done, your old email address and Paige account will no longer be connected to an active Agency Partner Program subscription.
Step 2: Sign up again using your new email address
Next, you’ll need to create a new Agency Partner Program subscription using the email address you want to use going forward via a different link.
Go to this page:
https://app.localmarketingmanager.com/partnerhub/loginSign up for the Agency Partner Program again.
When asked for your email address, enter the new email address you want connected to your Agency Partner Program subscription.
Complete the signup process.
Make sure you use the correct new email address during signup. This is the email you will enter inside Paige in the next step.
Step 3: Reconnect your Paige account to the new Partner Program email (If applicable)
After you have signed up again with the new email address, return to your Paige account.
Log in to your Paige account.
In the left-side menu, click Partner Hub.
A pop-up should appear asking you to sign up for the Partner Program.
Under the signup button, look for the text that asks if you already joined the Partner Program.
Click that text.
Enter the new email address you used when you re-signed up for the Agency Partner Program.
Submit or confirm the connection.
Once this is complete, your Paige account will be connected to your new Agency Partner Program subscription email.

Go back into Paige and reconnect your account using the new Partner Program email.
Reminder
Try not to make this change on the same day your Citation subscription renews. Canceling the Partner Program temporarily removes the 50% off Citation discount, so you’ll want to avoid any timing issues with your Citation renewal.
