Under each job, you may switch between one of three views:

  • Board View

  • Agenda View

  • Table View (Coming Soon)

While the board view allows you to interact direct with applications to view application information and to move candidates between different stages, the Agenda view allows hiring managers to view upcoming interview information all in one screen.

Understanding Agenda View

The Agenda view is grouped by day, then per interview slot with a booking made.

1-on-1 Interviews

1-on-1 interviews will appear as an individual row in the Agenda view.

Within each row, you can view:

  1. The interview stage name;

  2. The candidate you'll be speaking with;

  3. The hiring manager conducting the interview.

Pressing on the name of the candidate will open up the side panel so that you can view more details.

In the case where a candidate has booked and then cancelled their interview, we indicate this by adding a "Cancelled" tag next to their name to make it easy to identify changes in your interview schedule.

Auto-match interviews will be displayed in the same way as 1-on-1 interviews.

Group Interviews

Any group interviews that you book will appear as an individual row in the Agenda view.

You can expand this row to view the names of the candidates who are booked in for this interview slot, their confirmation status, as well as any candidates who have cancelled their booking.

Pressing on the name of the candidate will also open up the side panel so that you can view more details.
