If you receive the following error (Error Occurred details: Error Code:1020 Objinvoice.invoiceDeliveryDetails.pidNumber Error Type:Validation Error Message:Invalid string value) when trying to ship with DPD it can be caused by the PID Number being invalid or missing from the Order Details.
To check the PID Number, please do the following:
Click Orders then Overview.
Search for the order.
Click Actions then Details.
Scroll down to the PID Number field.
Check for any trailing or leading spaces as well as any invalid characters.
Once confirmed, click Save.
Retry generating the shipment.
