If you are receiving this error message (Error- Unable to find an IntersoftAccount!) it is down to you not having a Royal Mail integration for this Client/ Warehouse combination. Please check your Royal Mail accounts by following the below:
Click Connect then Courier integrations.
Click the Premium tab then Royal Mail.
Ensure you have a Royal Mail connection.
If a connection exists, ensure the (3PL Only) Client/ Warehouse combination is correct.
