Royal Mail - Unable to find an IntersoftAccount!

If you are receiving this error message (Error- Unable to find an IntersoftAccount!) it is down to you not having a Royal Mail integration for this Client/ Warehouse combination. Please check your Royal Mail accounts by following the below:

  1. Click Connect then Courier integrations.

  2. Click the Premium tab then Royal Mail.

  3. Ensure you have a Royal Mail connection.

    • If a connection exists, ensure the (3PL Only) Client/ Warehouse combination is correct.

  4. If you are still facing this error message after completing the above, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
